All pilot training activities undertaken by commercially run pilot training organisations will be charged the weight-based charge for each aircraft movement unless a commercial agreement has been accepted via Council resolution.

In determining the fee for connection to the South Kempsey Pressure Sewer Scheme, the following calculation applies: a) Calculate the total area (ha) of land within each zone that applies to the land b) Multiply the land area by the applicable Equivalent Tenement (ET) rate B6 Enterprise corridor 21.43 ET/ha IN1 General industrial 30 ET/ha RU2 Rural landscape 0.025 ET/ha SP3 Tourist 21.43 ET/ha Note: land comprising of more than one zoning, this method is applied for each zone and added together. c) Multiply the total ET by the South Kempsey Pressure Project Fee d) In addition to the above calculation, the following may also apply: - Sewer rates (Refer Section 7.11 & 64 Contribution Rates) for development to be connected - Fees under Section 30. If bin was stolen/went missing or burnt/damaged by a third party and the incident is reported to the police and a police event number is provided to Council within the financial year the event number was issued, there will be no fee for the supply of a new bin.
If bin/s are lost or damaged in storm events, the bin replacement charges based on the bin size will apply, however the administration fee will be waived.
