Environmental Systems studies, plans and reports (including floodplain risk management studies and plans) will be provided electronically to customers free of charge. Response times associated with servicing customer requests for studies, plans and reports will be consistent with LMCC Customer Charter (within 10 days). Where a customer requests a printed hardcopy of a study, plan or report refer to “Lake Mac Print” Fees and Charges for associated cost.
