      • Development Application Fees
        • A person making a Development Application shall lodge a fee calculated according to the following scale:
          • (a) In the case of a proposed development involving erection of a building, the carrying out of work or the demolition of a work or a building, and having an estimated cost within a range specified in the table referred to in this clause is calculated in accordance with the following table
            • Estimated Cost of Development
          • (b) In the case of a proposed development involving the erection of a building for the purposes of a dwelling-house where the estimated cost of the development does not exceed $100,000
          • (c) Additional fee for referral to a Design Review Panel under SEPP65
          • (d) In the case of advertising signs - $285.00 plus $93.00 for each advertisement in excess of one or the fee calculated in accordance with the table, whichever is greater.
          • (e) Subdivision (other than strata subdivisions)
          • (f) In the case of a proposed development not referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) or (d)
          • (g) Minimum fee for designated development - clause 251 of the regulations
          • (h) Additional fees required under Clause 252 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations, 2000 for:
            • 1. Designated Development Advertising Fee
            • 2. Advertised Development
            • 3. Notified Development RAMS
            • 4. Additional Fees under Clause 252A of the EPA Regulations - Development that requires concurrence:
            • 5. Additional fees under Clause 253 of the EPA Regulations - Integrated Development:
          • (i) Scanning/Archiving Fee per Development Application
          • (j) Strata Subdivision DA Fee
      • Modification of Consents (Development Applications)
        • (1) The maximum fee for an application under section 4.55(1) of the Act for the modification of a development consent is
        • (2) The fee for an application under Section 4.55(1A) or under Section 4.56(1) of the Act for the modification of a development consent is
        • (3) In the case of an application with respect to a development application that involves the erection of a dwelling-house or structures associated with a single dwelling house
        • (4) The fee for an application under Section 4.55(2) or under Section 4.56(1) of the Act for the modification of a development consent is:
          • (a) If the fee for the original application was less than $100.00
          • (b) If the fee for the original application was $100 or more
            • (iii) in the case of a development application as set out in the table below:
        • (5) In addition to the fees above, if notice of the amended development application is required:
        • (6) An additional fee is required if Clause 258(2A) of the EP&A Regulations applies
