A person making a Development Application shall lodge a fee calculated according to the following scale:
(a) In the case of a proposed development involving erection of a building, the carrying out of work or the demolition of a work or a building, and having an estimated cost within a range specified in the table referred to in this clause is calculated in accordance with the following table

(c) Additional fee for referral to a Design Review Panel
(d) In the case of advertising signs - $333.00 plus $93.00 for each advertisement in excess of one or the fee calculated in accordance with the table, whichever is greater.
(e) Subdivision (other than strata subdivisions)
(f) In the case of a proposed development not referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) or (d)
(g) Minimum fee for designated development under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation
(h) Additional fees required under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation for:
